A much anticipated announcement as athletes,coaches and parents alike awaited direction from the federation. Wpa has come out today and announced the cancellation due to the current pandemic. Many coaches voiced their concern as under the current lockdown no more than 50 people are allowed at any venue. Minors requires the supervision of their parents and hence would be impossible to host any form of little athletics competition.
